We have well maintained equipment. We currently have three vacs' on the road. The size of a roof, ability to get close to the structure, obstructions on the roof and the distance we have to travel all play a deciding role in price.     We are generally in Chicago, IL at least once a month. We recommend trying to schedule trips together, reducing overall pricing. Pricing includes hauling if we can make a round trip in about 1/2 hour from job site. If we have to travel more than 1/2 hour from the job site for a dump site that you have set up, it will increase your pricing.     The price per square is the only charge you will have except for disposal fees.    We try every effort to dispose of rock for free, but when all our efforts are exhausted there we occasionally will be a disposal fee that we are charged to dispose of the rock. That disposal fee will be passed on to you and thus it should be passed on to your customer as well.
